This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to grow within an evolving organization. 20/20NOW (“Company”) the pioneer and innovator of Ocular Telehealth, recently announced we are looking to hire a Regional Manager for the Southwest Region. The candidate selected for this position will help to continue to develop and manage a center of excellence for a state-of-the-art ocular telehealth practice with current operations in 33 states.
Essential Duties of Regional Manager:
- Responsible for a number of locations in the Southwest Region, PNL, including revenue enhancement
- Work independently within job parameters
- Ensures operating procedures, policies, and safety protocols are followed by company employees
- Required to formulate and affect new practice standard operating policies
- Ability to identify gaps in processes and practices and create and implement solutions.
- Hiring Manager for new Patient Care Coordinators within the region and conduct training for those employees to perform the various skills associated with the practice
- Maintain personnel work schedule, performance reviews and assist in training of personnel
- Develop and oversee scheduling principles and procedures to ensure associates can meet business demand
- Oversee front desk procedures including but not limited to knowledge of insurance verifications and eligibility, ophthalmic coding, daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation
- Direct duties, priorities, and necessities of various routines to be carried out daily by all technical and clerical personnel, ensuring a proper efficient flow of patients
- Proactively seeks opportunities to drive operational efficiencies to support stores abilities to deliver key labor related KPI and financial performance (including adherence, patient volume and overall hours usage)
- Develop an engaged, accountable, and motivated team by leading the way, providing training, mentorship, coaching, and performance management
- Collaborate and partner with other Regional Managers to understand, define, develop, and execute labor programs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of Retail or Healthcare Operations experience
- Ophthalmic or optical supervisory experience a strong plus
- Manage of staff and multi-state locations in region
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Computer literate including prior experience with EMR/EHR, employee scheduling, MS Office software.
- Strong understanding of Profit and Loss Statements
- Demonstrated interest in quality improvement and workflow efficiencies
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call when required
- Telemedicine experience is a plus but not required
- Strong clinical and communications skills
- Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) helpful but not required
- Must be able to drive and travel overnight
- Travel a minimum of 3 days a week to store locations
