Healthcare revenue cycle management is the financial process facilities use to manage the administrative and clinical functions associated with claims processing, payment, and revenue generation. The process consists of identifying, managing, and collecting patient service revenue.
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily scanning of EOBs
- Timely payment posting of EOBs and patient payments and reconciliation
- Identify additional billing opportunities (missed billing, over and under charging, non-par providers
- Responsible for Reviewing and resolving all Pre-Bill charges daily to ensure timely crossover for submission to payer
- Portal Vision Billing
- Optometry Billing
- Denials Management
- A/R Maintenance
Job Qualifications:
- Portal Claims ERA/EFT experience
- Must be experienced in RevolutionEHR
- Experience with following applications: Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Monday.com, Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent oral written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, work independently and complete tasks assigned
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills, reliable and responsible
- Be a self-starter who can work efficiently with minimal direction
- Can manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
