· Exam Lane(s) are cleaned and cleared.
· Six foot ladder for installers to use.
· Block On-Site Optometrist’s Schedule
· Start the credentialing process, if you are able to accept vision plans for exams
· Have staff present to accept deliveries and for 2 onsite installation dates.
· Accept packages 1-2 weeks before install date, store unopened boxes in a safe secure location onsite.
· Share details with staff about exciting technology you’ve invested in, and how it will increase your optical sales and provide easy eye exams to your patients.

• Order exam and teleconferencing equipment to deliver to you optical address 1-2 weeks before install date
• Review photos and confirm location has needed cables, requirements, space and layout to successfully perform an eye exam.
• Book travel
• Set up EMR and software for your location
Confirming Install + Onsite Training Dates
1-2 weeks before install date:
Equipment and boxes begin to arrive onsite
Do NOT open boxes, Leave in a secure place
2-Days On-Site Install
