We have been doing exams now with 2020NOW for 3 weeks, the COT’S and O.D.’s are all excellent, both professionally and have great chair side manner.
JUST DO IT!!!
It took our office a few months to make sure Tele-Optometry was the right direction we wanted to go in. After the decision was made to go with 2020NOW, it was exciting to get all the exam equipment. Our trainer, Arielle, was extremely knowledgeable about the process and had optical knowledge that taught this old dog with 40 years of experience.
We have been doing exams now with 2020NOW for 3 weeks, the COT’S and O.D.’s are all excellent, both professionally and have great chair side manner.
We have been extremely happy with every step of the way and 2020NOW has been very patient with us. This will take our office to the next level of eyecare.

The 20/20NOW technicians are extremely thorough and experienced and I am very pleased with the accuracy of the prescriptions.
Caring Thorough and Professional
I opened my store with 20/20NOW almost 2 years ago and have had great success with it. The whole system is very well thought through from the initial buying process to set up and training. The IT support is outstanding, you get immediate responses. I have been an optician for over 30 years and have worked with a lot of different doctors and technicians. The 20/20NOW technicians are extremely thorough and experienced and I am very pleased with the accuracy of the prescriptions. The doctors are caring and professional.
My office won “Best Eye Doctor 2023” in my area last year, because our patients love the concept. The fact that it is tele-health does not make the 20/20NOW staff less personable or the exam less thorough.
A lot of my patients mention that they are getting more one-on-one time and attention from the 20/20NOW doctor than in some other offices, where the doctors are overbooked and stressed. There is follow-up on those patients that get referred out to specialist for any medical concerns.
I recommend 20/20NOW to anyone – your patients will be in good hands!
